New covered bus shelter located outside the former Towngate Inn was installed on Friday 9th June. |
The Committee was pleased to see that the new shelter was being well used by residents and that the sides of the shelter provided some protection from the wind and rain. |
The Transfer Deed for the land adjacent to Charter Avenue has been signed by two authorised signatories and returned to the solicitor. The Clerk has also written to the solicitor requesting that before the transfer is completed the developer repairs the play equipment. A decision will be made about commissioning a full RoSPA report at Full Council on 12 July. |
