There will be an Open Session prior to the full council meeting, commencing at 7pm lasting for a maximum of 30 minutes, where members of the public are invited to address the Town Council. The full council meeting will commence at 7.30pm or at the closure of the public forum, whichever is the sooner.

2. Apologies for Absence
3. Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011
4. Acceptance of minutes of meeting held on the 11th March 2020
5. For members to ratify the Emergency Resolutions of 23rd March 2020
6. For members to ratify decisions made under Emergency Resolutions:
- To defer the grant payment of £500 to the Deepings Carnival until 2021
- To accept the SKDC Business Support cash grant of £10,000
- To make a grant payment of £1000 to the local branch of LIVES
7. For members to revoke the sections of the Emergency Resolutions of 23rd March referring to the cancellation of meetings and to vote on a motion to hold virtual meetings under the terms of The Local Authorities and Police and Crime Panels (Coronavirus) (Flexibility of Meetings) Regulations 2020
8. For members to agree a remote meeting platform provider and associated costs
9. For members to agree the schedule of meetings for May 2020-May 2021
10. Notification of any emergency issues from the chairs/clerks (Planning and Highways, Amenities and Open Spaces, Town Hall and Cemetery/Finance and Personnel), clerks.
