There will be an Open Session prior to the committee meeting, commencing at 7.00pm lasting for a maximum of 30 minutes, where members of the public are invited to address the committee, for a maximum of 5 minutes per person.

7. Omega reports: Review of performance to date, budget/expenditure/income

8. For members to receive an update and consider the next phase of play equipment at John Eve field

9. For members to receive an update on the BMX Track.

10. For members to receive a premises licence and new event application process update.

11. For members to consider and discuss any points raised in the Open session
