Notice is hereby given of the meeting of Market Deeping Town Council’s Amenities and Open Spaces Committee, which will be held on Wednesday 11th January 2023 at 7.00pm at the Town Hall Chambers, Market Deeping.

There will be an Open Session prior to the committee meeting, commencing at 7.00pm lasting for a maximum of 30 minutes, where members of the public are invited to address the committee for a maximum of 5 minutes per person.
1. Chairman’s Welcome & Introductions
2. Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011
3. To note apologies and accept valid reason for Absence
4. Minutes of previous AOS meeting held on the 9 November 2022
5. Clerk’s report and update on work of the parkkeepers
6. Correspondence to be noted and resolved upon
7. Omega reports: Review of performance to date, budget/expenditure/income
8. For members to consider allocation of EMR to budget 2023/24
9. For members to consider an information lectern to be situated at Cardyke
10. For members to consider updating the play equipment at John Eve Park
11. For members to consider Christmas light provision
12. For members to consider and discuss any points raised in the Open session
13. To consider items for inclusion on the agenda for the next meeting of Amenities and Open spaces committee, to be held at The Town Hall Chambers on 8 March 2023 at 7.00pm.
