There will be an Open Session prior to the committee meeting, commencing at 7.00pm lasting for a maximum of 30 minutes, where members of the public are invited to address the committee, for a maximum of 5 minutes per person.

8.   Woodland Trust:  Offer of Urban trees, members to consider the offer 

9.   New play equipment for the John Eve Field.  - Update

10.   For members to consider trialling a new surface material in the children’s play area

11.   Premises Licence - Update

12.   For members to consider and discuss any points raised in the Open session

13.   To consider items for inclusion on the agenda for the next meeting of Amenities and Open spaces committee, to be held at The Town Hall Chambers on Wednesday 13th September 2023 at 7.00 pm.
