Notice is hereby given of the meeting of Market Deeping Town Council’s Amenities and Open Spaces Committee, which will be held on Wednesday 8th March 2023 at 7.00pm at the Town Hall Chambers, Market Deeping.

There will be an Open Session prior to the committee meeting, commencing at 7.00pm lasting for a maximum of 30 minutes, where members of the public are invited to address the committee, for a maximum of 5 minutes per person.

  1. To note apologies and accept valid reason for Absence
  1. Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011
  1. Minutes of previous AOS meeting held on the 11 January 2023
  1. Clerk’s report and update on work of the parkkeepers
  1. Correspondence to be noted and resolved upon
  1. Omega reports: Review of performance to date, budget/expenditure/income
  1. For members to consider application for Monkey challenge Fitness equipment
  1. For members to consider and discuss any points raised in the Open session
  1. To consider items for inclusion on the agenda for the next meeting of Amenities and Open spaces committee, to be held at The Town Hall Chambers on 17 May 2023 at 7.00pm.
