Notice is hereby given of the meeting of Market Deeping Town Council’s Amenities and Open Spaces Committee, which will be held on Wednesday 31st May 2023 at 7.00pm at the Town Hall Chambers, Market Deeping.
The following business will be transacted:

Public forum
There will be an Open Session prior to the committee meeting, commencing at 7.00pm lasting for a maximum of 30 minutes, where members of the public are invited to address the committee, for a maximum of 5 minutes per person.
1. Chairman’s Welcome & Introductions
2. To note apologies and accept valid reason for Absence
3. Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011
4. Minutes of previous AOS meeting held on the 8th March 2023
5. Clerk’s report and update on work of the parkkeepers
6. Correspondence to be noted and resolved upon
7. Omega reports: Review of performance to date, budget/expenditure/income
8. For members to consider quotes received for ground work repairs required in the children’s playground
9. For members to consider quotes received for play equipment on the J.E. Field
10. For members to consider a quote to extend the existing play area with hooped fencing
11. For members to consider a variation to the current Premises Licence
12. For members to consider a revised Application form to use the J. Eve/Glebe Park fields.
13. For members to consider a new internal monitoring process to support the revised Application form.
14. For members to consider revisions for the Field Policy
15. For members to consider a new process; Noise Management – Statement of Intent
16. For members to consider a request to complete maintenance work on the footpath leading from the Cemetery to Oak Grove, which puddles in wet weather.
17. For members to consider a quote for repairs to the clock that is located in the Market Place.
18. For members to consider and discuss any points raised in the Open session
19. To consider items for inclusion on the agenda for the next meeting of Amenities and Open spaces committee, to be held at The Town Hall Chambers on Wednesday 12th July 2023 at 7.00pm.
