Notice is hereby given that a meeting of Market Deeping Town Council Will be held on Wednesday 13th March 2019 At 7.30pm in the Town Hall, Market Deeping, when the following business will be transacted.

There will be an Open Session prior to the full council meeting, commencing at 7.30pm lasting for a maximum of 30 minutes, where members of the public are invited to address the town council. This will include five minute reports from any County/District Councillors present 

The full council meeting will commence at 8.00pm or at the closure of the public forum, whichever is the sooner.

3. Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011

4. Acceptance of minutes of meeting held on the 13th February 2019

5. Reports: Including reports from Deepings First, The Neighbourhood Policing Panel, the Travellers working party, Committees (Planning and Highways, Amenities and Open Spaces), the Clerk, and the Mayors Diary.

6. Council Finances:

  1. Income and expenditure by budget cost centre
  2. Cash and bank assets
  3. Ear Marked Reserves
  4. review of direct debits

7. Correspondence to be Noted and resolved on

8. For members to review the asset register

9. Accounts to be paid

10. For members to vote on a motion regarding transfer of land from Persimmon: Open space adjacent to Windsor Gardens

11. For members to consider and vote on a motion to instruct SKDC to issue a Heads of Terms agreement for the purchase of the Town Hall

12. For members to consider the Rotary’s request to erect a plain marble War Memorial cross in the Market Place

13. For members to ratify the dates of

  1. The Christmas Market – 1st December 2019
  2. The Parish Walks – Tuesday 14th May and Tuesday 11th June
