Notice is hereby given that a meeting of Market Deeping Town Council Will be held on Wednesday 14th February 2019 At 7.30pm in the Town Hall, Market Deeping, when the following business will be transacted.

There will be an Open Session prior to the full council meeting, commencing at 7.30pm lasting for a maximum of 30 minutes, where members of the public are invited to address the town council. This will include five minute reports from any County/District Councillors present 

The full council meeting will commence at 8.00pm or at the closure of the public forum, whichever is the sooner.

11. Mayor’s Charity Account: for members to receive a report on the bank charges being introduced in April 2018 and to decide on the next steps

13. For members to receive a report and quote on the installation of an electricity box on JE Field

14. For members to receive an update on the civic preparations in the event of the death of a member of the royal family

15. For members to receive a report on the National Citizen Scheme and to decide on the next steps

16. For members to discuss and decide whether they wished to arrange any commemorations for the end of WW1, to include participating in the national arrangements for the lighting of beacons at 7pm on 11/11/18
