Notice is hereby given that the next meeting of Market Deeping Town Council’s Planning and Highways Committee will be held on Wednesday 5th February 2020 at 7.00pm in the Town Hall, Market Deeping, when the following business will be transacted.

 

There will be an Open Session prior to the Committee meeting, commencing at 7.00pm lasting for a maximum of 30 minutes, where members of the public are invited to address the Committee. The Committee meeting will commence at 7.30pm or at the closure of the public forum, whichever is the sooner.

8. For member to review the Council’s policies relating to the Green Walk:

Planning

 

9. For members to agree to prepare considered responses to Planning Applications prior to the meeting to enable more efficient use of meeting time.

 

10. To consider the planning applications received to date, including SKDC Weekly Planning lists.

 

11. Planning results received.

 

            12. For members to review compliance with planning conditions for recent major developments: • Persimmons Homes Development, Godsey Lane

Highways
