There will be an Open Session prior to the Committee meeting, commencing at 7.00pm lasting for a maximum of 30 minutes, where members of the public are invited to address the Committee. The Committee meeting will commence at 7.30pm or at the closure of the public forum, whichever is the sooner.

Planning
8. To consider the planning applications received to date, including SKDC Weekly Planning lists.
9. To consider the appeal on application ref S19/1932
10. Planning results received.
11. For members to consider and agree response to the consultation on the Government’s White Paper, “Planning for the Future”.
Highways
12. For members to review the received quotations for the refurbishment work to the Council’s current bus stops, to receive an update on the provision of a new shelter on Peterborough Rd and to agree a way forward.
13. For members to review reported highways issues.
Conservation Area
14. For members to review any issues relating to the Conservation area.
15. For members to review any matters arising from the public session.
