Market Deeping Town Council – Planning and Highways Committee
Minutes of a meeting of Market Deeping Town Council’s Extra Ordinary Planning and Highways Committee held on Wednesday 15 January 2025 at 7.20 pm. Cllr Dr Byrd presided over Cllr Broughton, Cllr Hughes, Cllr Mrs Jones, Cllr Piper, Cllr Neilson, Cllr Mrs Steel and Cllr Wey. The Town Clerk and Deputy Clerk was in attendance.
99. Chairman’s welcome
The Chairman welcomed everyone to the meeting.
100. For members to consider the precept for 2025/26
Members had received a copy of the precept for 2025/26 prior to the meeting.
Due to grass cutting cost revisions it was considered that proposed EMR allocations could be reduced and it was RESOLVED unanimously to accept the proposed precept of £12,400 for 2025/26.
