Members considered that the

along Church Street.

concerns regarding the impact

that use class B2 would have

on the residents of adjacent

housing development.

Members recommended the

incorporation of footpaths on

both sides of the entrance to

the proposed development

that link into the existing

footpaths to aid pedestrian

movement.

Members recommended that a

reduction in the speed limit be

considered on Northfield Road

to lessen the safety

implications of the greater

number of turning traffic that

would be generated by this

proposal.
