Notice is hereby given of the meeting of Market Deeping Town Council’s Amenities and Open Spaces Committee, which will be held on Wednesday 8th May 2024 at 6.00pm

There will be an Open Session prior to the committee meeting, commencing at pm lasting for a maximum of 30 minutes, where members of the public are invited to address the committee, for a maximum of 5 minutes per person.
1. Chairman’s Welcome & Introductions
2. To note apologies and accept valid reason for Absence
3. Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011
4. Minutes of previous AOS meeting held on 13th March 2024
5. Clerk’s report and update on work of the Parkkeepers
6. Correspondence to be noted and resolved upon
7. To discuss the footpath 4 funding requested by Deeping Neighbourhood Plan (DNP) from SKDC Shared prosperity funding – To be presented by a member of the DNP
8. Omega reports: Review of performance to date, budget/expenditure/income
9. Tractor Run: Request to use the Glebe/John Eve Field 19th May 2024
10. For members to consider and discuss any points raised in the Open session
11. To consider items for inclusion on the agenda for the next meeting of Amenities and Open spaces committee, to be held in the Town Hall Chambers on Wednesday 17th July 2024 starting at 6.45pm
