Notice is hereby given of the meeting of Market Deeping Town Council’s Amenities and Open Spaces Committee, which will be held on Wednesday 13th March 2024 at 7.00pm at the Town Hall Chambers, Market Deeping.

There will be an Open Session prior to the committee meeting, commencing at 7.00pm lasting for a maximum of 30 minutes, where members of the public are invited to address the committee, for a maximum of 5 minutes per person.
1. Chairman’s Welcome & Introductions
2. To note apologies and accept valid reason for Absence
3. Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011
4. Minutes of previous AOS meeting held on the 10th January 2024
5. Clerk’s report and update on work of the Parkkeepers
6. Correspondence to be noted and resolved upon
7. Omega reports: Review of performance to date, budget/expenditure/income
8. Department of Health and Social Care – Defibrillator Community Automated External Defibrillators (AED) match fund. Update
9. Moles Riverside Park – For members to discuss and agree next steps
10. For members to consider and discuss any points raised in the Open session
11. To consider items for inclusion on the agenda for the next meeting of Amenities and Open spaces committee, to be held at The Town Hall Chambers on Wednesday at 6.45pm, to meet on the John Eve Field
