Notice is hereby given that the next meeting of Market Deeping Town Council Amenities and Open Spaces Committee will be held on Wednesday 17th November 2021 at 6.30pm at the Town Hall, Market Place, Market Deeping when the following business will be transacted.
There will be an Open Session prior to the committee meeting, commencing at 6.30pm and lasting for a maximum of 30 minutes, where members of the public are invited to address the Committee, for a maximum of 5 minutes per person.

4. Minutes of previous AOS meeting held on the 15th September 2021
5. Clerk’s report and update on work of the parkkeepers
6. Correspondence to be noted and resolved upon
7. Omega reports: Review of performance to date, budget/expenditure/income
8. For members to give Consideration and plan for Precept 2022/23
9. For members to consider implementing a five-year plan for expenditure.
10. For members to consider and discuss any points raised in the Open session
11. To consider items for inclusion on the agenda for the next meeting of Amenities and Open spaces committee, to be held at The Town Hall Chambers on 19th January 2022 at 6.30pm.
