Notice is hereby given that the next meeting of Market Deeping Town Council Amenities and Open Spaces Committee will be held on Wednesday 15th September 2021 at 6.30pm.
At the Town Hall, Market Place, Market Deeping when the following business will be transacted
There will be an Open Session prior to the committee meeting, commencing at 6.30pm and lasting for a maximum of 30 minutes, where members of the public are invited to address the Committee, for a maximum of 5 minutes per person.

11. For members to consider wording of poster incorporating no quad bikes, dog fouling or golf
12. For members to consider amendments to Policy re Hire of JE Field and Glebe Park.
13. For members to consider plans for Remembrance Garden opening and closing ceremony
14. For members to consider the use of S106 monies.
