There will be an Open Session prior to the meeting, commencing at 7pm lasting for a maximum of 30 minutes, where members of the public are invited to address the Committee.  The meeting will commence at 7.30pm or at the closure of the public forum, whichever is the sooner.

8.   Omega reports: Review of performance to date, budget/expenditure/income

9.   For members to approve the provision of two sand bag bins and to agree their location

10. For members to discuss urgent maintenance requirements on the Godsey Lane fence and to agree a way forward

11. For members to consider sourcing a Christmas tree for 2021 with any associated costs to be passed to the Planning and Highways committee for approval

12. For members to consider any issues raised in the public session
