Public forum:

There will be an Open Session prior to the full council meeting, commencing at 7.30pm lasting for a maximum of 30 minutes, where members of the public are invited to address the Town Council.  This will include five-minute reports from any County/District Councillors. The full council meeting will commence at 8.00pm or at the closure of the public forum, whichever is the sooner.

2. To note apologies and accept valid reason for Absence 

3. Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011

4. Acceptance of minutes of meeting held on 14th January 2026

5. For Councillors to consider appointing new Councillors

6. Reports:  Including reports from Committees: Planning and Highways, DNP, AOS, Finance and Personnel, Mayor’s report and the Clerk’s report

7. Correspondence to be noted and resolved upon

8. Council Finances: 

a) Income & Expenditure by Cost Centre

b) Accounts to be paid for February 2026

c) For members to review Council Finances to 31.1.26

9.  d) For members to receive and accept the internal auditor’s report for December 25

10. For members to consider the provision of new lights around roundabout

11. For members to discuss the Deeping Youth Group - PH

12. For members to consider quotes for new Town Hall curtains

13. For members to consider Christmas Market 2026 and approve the donation to the Mayor’s charity for 2025/26.

14. For members to consider and adopt the following policies:

15. For members to consider employer pension contributions 2026-2029

18. For members to consider a 3-year contract with clauses for grass cutting

19. For members to consider arrangements for forthcoming events: Commonwealth Day 9.3.26, Chairman’s dinner 27.3.26 and Annual Town meeting 21.4.26
