Notice is hereby given of the meeting of
Market Deeping Town Council’s Amenities and Open Spaces Committee, which will be held on
Wednesday 26th November 2025 at 1.30pm.

There will be an Open Session prior to the committee meeting, commencing at 1.30pm lasting for a maximum of 30 minutes, where members of the public are
1. Chairman’s Welcome & Introductions
2. To note apologies and accept valid reason for Absence
3. Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011
4. Minutes of previous AOS meeting held on 10th September 2025
5. Clerk’s report and update on work of the Park-Keepers
6. Correspondence to be noted and resolved upon
7. Omega reports
8. You to Me swing John Eve Field Play Area – For members to consider the benefits and costs
9. Remove a large Ash tree to 1 ft below hedge height, located in Cherry Tree Park
10. Park Keepers Wagon – An independent mechanic has advised that the truck needs replacement discs (insert costs) for members to discuss and agree next steps
11. Vandalism on the outer perimeter fence of the Charter Avenue Allotments, a 3m x 2m mesh panel has been damaged and needs replacing, estimated costs to replace range from £184.94 to £297.64, members to discuss and agree next steps
12. Vandalism on the outer perimeter fence and internal hooped fencing on the Joh Eve Field, incident has been reported to 101, estimated costs to replace (insert) – For members to discuss and agree next steps
13. Precept planning for 2026/7
14. For members to consider and discuss any points raised in the Open session
15. To consider items for inclusion on the agenda for the next meeting of Amenities and Open spaces committee, to be held in the Town Hall Chambers on Wednesday 14th January 2026 at 7.00 pm to meet in the Council Chambers, Town Hall, Market Deeping.
