Notice is hereby given of the meeting of
Market Deeping Town Council’s Amenities and Open Spaces Committee, which will be held on
Wednesday 9th July 2025 at 6.45pm.

The following business will be transacted:

Public forum
There will be an Open Session prior to the committee meeting, commencing at 7.00pm lasting for a maximum of 30 minutes, where members of the public are
1. Chairman’s Welcome & Introductions
2. To note apologies and accept valid reason for Absence
3. Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011
4. Minutes of previous AOS meeting held on 14th May 2025
5. Clerk’s report and update on work of the Park-Keepers
6. Correspondence to be noted and resolved upon
7. Omega reports
8. New Defib/Bleed kit housing cabinet required – for members to discuss and agree costs
9. New cordless hedge trimmer / pruner – for members to discuss and agree costs
10. For members to consider and discuss any points raised in the Open session
11. To consider items for inclusion on the agenda for the next meeting of Amenities and Open spaces committee, to be held in the Town Hall Chambers on Wednesday 11th September 2025 at 7.00 pm to meet in the Council Chambers, Town Hall, Market Deeping.
