There will be an Open Session prior to the committee meeting, commencing at 6.45pm lasting for a maximum of 30 minutes, where members of the public are invited to address

8. Quotes obtained from three suppliers regarding provision of new play equipment and maintenance / repair service.  For members to discuss and agree next steps

9. For members to consider and discuss any points raised in the Open session

10. To consider items for inclusion on the agenda for the next meeting of Amenities and Open spaces committee, to be held in the Town Hall Chambers on Wednesday 13th November 2025 at 6.45 pm to meet in the Council Chambers, Town Hall, Market Deeping.
