Notice is hereby given of the meeting of Market Deeping Town Council, which will be held on Wednesday 10TH November 2021 at 7.30pm at the Green school, Market Deeping.
The following business will be transacted:

Public forum
There will be an Open Session prior to the full council meeting, commencing at 7.30pm lasting for a maximum of 30 minutes, where members of the public are invited to address the Town Council. This will include five-minute reports from any County/District Councillors. The full council meeting will commence at 8.00pm or at the closure of the public forum, whichever is the sooner.
Council session
Members of the Parish Council are reminded to submit to the Monitoring Officer at South Kesteven District Council any changes to the content of their Register of Member Interests forms.
Members are required to declare any personal or prejudicial interests they may have in any matter which is to be considered at this meeting. In addition, any private or personal non-pecuniary interest in a matter to be considered at this meeting should also be declared (unless it is insignificant or one which is shared with other members of the public generally as a Council Tax payer or an inhabitant of the area).

3. To note apologies and accept valid reason for Absence
4. Acceptance of minutes of a meeting held on 13th October 2021
5. Reports: Including reports from Committees: Planning and Highways, Amenities and opens spaces, Town Hall and Cemetery, Finance and personnel, Mayor’s Diary and the Clerk’s report
6. Correspondence to be noted and resolved upon
7. Council Finances:
a) Income & Expenditure by Cost Centre and
b) Accounts to be paid and
c) Preparations for precept planning 2021/22
8. To consider purchase of Covid remembrance tree
9. To consider arrangements for Christmas light switch on and carols around the tree
10. For members to decide a S137 donation of £200 for wreaths
11. To consider ordering lamp post poppies for use in 2022 and onwards
12. For members to receive an update on Digital Council
13. For members to consider and discuss any points raised in the public session
14. Personnel Matters: Consideration to go into Closed Session to discuss: Staff Issues
15. To consider items for inclusion on the agenda items for next meeting of the Town Council, to be held at The Green School, Market Deeping on 8th December 2021
