There will be an Open Session prior to the full council meeting, commencing at 7.30pm lasting for a maximum of 30 minutes, where members of the public are invited to address the Town Council. This will include five minute reports from any County/District Councillors. The full council meeting will commence at 8.00pm or at the closure of the public forum, whichever is the sooner.

7. Council Finances
a) Income & Expenditure by Cost Centre

8. For members to ratify the decision of the Town Hall and Cemetery committee to spend up to £10000 on repairs to the Town Hall as identified in the survey report and as detailed in the document of 16th January produced by Cllr Hembrow
9. For members to ratify the decision of the Amenities and Open Spaces Committee to transfer the Christmas Tree budget to the AOS Committee and to consider the placing of the Christmas Lights budget
10. For members to agree a response to the Safer Together (policing) Team.
11. For members to agree any updates/amendments required to the Emergency and Flood Plan
12. For members to consider planting a tree in honour of those affected by Covid and the NHS
13. For members to consider the section of hedging at the entrance to the cemetery and to agree a way forward
