Notice is hereby given of the meeting of Market Deeping Town Council, to be held on Wednesday 8th September 2021 at 7.30pm, Douglas Road, Market Deeping
The Following business will be transacted:
There will be an Open Session prior to the full council meeting, commencing at 7.30pm lasting for a maximum of 30 minutes, where members of the public are invited to address the Town Council. This will include five-minute reports from any County/District Councillors. The full council meeting will commence at 8.00pm or at the closure of the public forum, whichever is the sooner.

8. For members to consider application for financial assistance from The Deepings Library
9. For members to consider proposal to outsource defibrillator guardianship
10. For members to consider the venue of future Committee and full Council meetings
11. For members to consider the use of John Eve field.
12. Forthcoming events: For members to consider arrangements for the Opening and Closing of the Remembrance Gardens and the Remembrance Day service/parade, Christmas market, Christmas light switch on and carols around the tree
13. For members to ratify AOS decision to erect signs on John Eve Park which stating no quad bikes, scooters or electric vehicles on John Eve Park
14. For members to receive an update on Digital Council
