Notice is hereby given of the meeting of Market Deeping Town Council’s Planning and Highways Committee to be held on Wednesday 4 October 2023 at 7.00 pm
Venue: Market Deeping Town Council, Town Hall, Market Place, Market Deeping
The following business will be transacted.
There will be an Open Session prior to the Committee meeting, commencing at 7.00 pm lasting for a maximum of 30 minutes, where members of the public are invited to address the Committee. The Committee meeting will commence at 7.30pm or at the closure of the public forum, whichever is the sooner.

7. Finance:
a) Review of performance to date, budget/expenditure/income.
Planning
8. To consider the planning applications received to date, including SKDC Weekly Planning.
9. Planning results received.
Highways
10. For members to review reported highways issues.
Conservation Area
11. For members to review any issues relating to the conservation area.
12. For members to consider the following three additional items to be listed on future agendas
• Monitoring progress of approved plans
• Neighbourhood plan report
• Section 106 monies
13. For members to review any matters arising from the public session.
14. To consider items for inclusion on the agenda for the next meeting.
