Notice is hereby given that the next meeting of Market Deeping Town Council Amenities and Open Spaces Committee will be held on Wednesday 12th October 2022 at 7.00pm at the Town Hall, Market Place, Market Deeping when the following business will be transacted.
There will be an Open Session prior to the committee meeting, commencing at 7.00pm and lasting for a maximum of 30 minutes, where members of the public are invited to address the Committee, for a maximum of 5 minutes per person.

4. Minutes of previous AOS meeting held on the 13th July 2022
5. Clerk’s report and update on work of the parkkeepers
6. Correspondence to be noted and resolved upon
7. Omega reports: Review of performance to date, budget/expenditure/income
8. For members to advise re purchase of berberis, pyracanthas and thistles on Glebe Field.
9. For members to consider the acquisition of a duck nesting box for the pond
10. For members to consider how to allocate £10,000 to EMRs.
11. For members to consider purchasing an electric shutter door for the public toilets
12. For members to consider and discuss any points raised in the Open session
13. To consider items for inclusion on the agenda for the next meeting of Amenities and Open spaces committee, to be held at The Town Hall Chambers on 9th November 2022 at 7.00pm.
