Notice is hereby given that the next meeting of Market Deeping Town Council Amenities and Open Spaces Committee will be held on Wednesday 16th March 2022 at 6.30pm at the Town Hall, Market Place, Market Deeping
when the following business will be transacted
There will be an Open Session prior to the committee meeting, commencing at 6.30pm and lasting for a maximum of 30 minutes, where members of the public are invited to address the Committee, for a maximum of 5 minutes per person.

8. For members to consider the location of memorial bench at Riverside Park
9. For members to consider the Christmas lights within Market Deeping.
10. For members to consider the Christmas tree for 2022
11. For members to consider the purchase of disease resistant elm trees
12. For members to consider and discuss any points raised in the Open session
13. To consider items for inclusion on the agenda for the next meeting of Amenities and Open spaces committee, to be held at The Town Hall Chambers on 18th May 2022 at 6.30pm.
