Notice is hereby given of the meeting of Market Deeping Town Council’s Amenities and Open Spaces Committee, which will be held on Wednesday 11th March 2026 at 6.45pm.

The following business will be transacted:

There will be an Open Session prior to the committee meeting, commencing at 6.45pm lasting for a maximum of 30 minutes, where members of the public are
1. Chairman’s Welcome & Introductions
2. To note apologies and accept valid reason for Absence
3. Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011
4. Minutes of previous AOS meeting held on 14th January 2026
5. Clerk’s report and update on work of the Park-Keepers
6. Correspondence to be noted and resolved upon
7. Omega reports
8. Allotments: Initial maintenance and repairs of the perimeter fencing, for members to discuss and to agree next steps
9. For members to consider and discuss any points raised in the Open session
10. To consider items for inclusion on the agenda for the next meeting of Amenities and Open spaces committee, to be held in the Town Hall Chambers on Wednesday 13th May 2026 at 6.45 pm to meet in the Council Chambers, Town Hall, Market Deeping.
